Football Player on Parisian Stage.
by Milota Sidorova
There is a saying that only a person who changes can be loyal to himself. There's a lot of truth in it, but there is also a saying, maybe much known and that is – the actions bring consequences. However, how would be life without it? How would it taste when fully determined?I believe there many of us, desperately looking for a change, a disaster sometimes. To start again, to generate the power to overcome.Nevertheless this is the case of former Manchester football player and Frenchman Eric Cantona. He decided to switch his career in 180 degrees. From the grass stadiums to the theater. And not the last theater. According to the news he was going to play half and hour las! ting role in Parisian stage at the Théâtre Marigny in the contemporary play "Face au Paradis". He is going to depict a man, dying and half buried under the collapsed building. The play is directed by his wife Rachida Brakni and these days it has a special perspective and taste of Haitian disaster. No doubts it will be the greatest challenge for an eccentric football player and he is ready to face the collapse. He has never had any acting school and Parisian critics do know that.Personally, I don't want to judge, there is a possibility it will be a fiasco, acting role is one of the most difficult roles in the world, but he wouldn't be the first to start such career without a proper education. Many of even Hollywood's actors were doing some other profession before. And being a football player there's a great amount of performance confronting the audience. So let's wait to see.
