Roman Polanski may be relieved these days, since Swiss authorities have put him off the hook, rejecting the U.S. request for his extradition to America. But the case now dates more than 30 years. Polanski stood in a Swiss court was ordered for a jail. But even from the prison, he was able to keep a working pace and lauched his last movie Ghost writer entered Cannes Film Festival in his absence. The director of famous movies just like “The Pianist or Oliver Twist or the Ninth Gate” said he! could break the silence since he was liberated and since Florida court once again dismissed the victim's numerous requests to stop the proceedings against him. For Samantha Geimer who was forced to have a sex with Polanski back in 1977 it would be another “harrasment”, he added. Although he was charged the very next year from six felony counts and served 42 days at a secure unit undergoing psychiatri evaluation he escaped from the U.S. The charges were reduced to only one crime, but he feared the judge may recover initial case.
