Phil Spector's murder trial is still not decided by Nina Gotzmannova

Music producer Phil Spector, accused of murder, received some bad news this Wednesday. His charge will be not restricted. The jury remained deadlocked after a whole week of consultations and split 7 to 5 after four ballots, with no result and no expectations to change their minds. The judge ordered the jury not to give up and not to think about reduced charge. Thereby the jury won't be able to change Spectors charge to involuntary manslaughter. Spector is accused of second degree murder of an actress Lana Clarkson in 2003 and facing at least 15 years in jail. The judge will now reinstruct the jury and wait for the verdict. Spector, now 67 year old, was arrested on 3 February 2003, after the body of a dead woman was found at his mansion in Alhambra, California. The 40 year old actress named Lana Clarkson was gunshot to the mouth. She met the producer only several hours ago she was found dead. Spector claims the death was an accidental suicide. Anyway, he was arrested and in September 2004 officially charged of murder. But this is not his first experience wit gun-caused accidents. Since late sixties he was known for being violent against women including his own then-wife Ronnie Spector and he also threatened his clients with gun. He placed a gun at Leonard Cohen's head during recording an album, pointed the gun at Dee Dee Ramone while playing at bass guitar and more. Spector is legendary producer and worked with many rock ‘and ‘roll stars such as The Beatles, The Ronettes or The Ramones. The result of the jury would be not only the punishment for the murder of Lana Clarkson, but may by also the reflection of his previous sins. The sentence in jail, if it will be 15 years or more will be just proof of the fact that someone can be famous and talented, but if he can' t behave well, no one will help him.
