Flabby critics and kind of daft bubble rose Madonna's directorial debut  Filth and Wisdom on The Berlin Film Festival  running  from February 7-17 2008. Apparent below standard comedy/drama/musical/romance described movie released in the avant-garde Panorama section. The piece shows the struggle of young Ukrainian immigrant (HÃπtz) who finances his dreams of rock glory by moonlighting as a cross-dressing dominatrix, and his two female flat mates (Weston and McClure).According to IMDB fans , there is little bit of everything in this movie. 81 minutes offers 'some funny moments, some sad moments, all kinds of emotions are covered, and by the end of the film you will find yourselves caring about the characters.' Too leaky and cliché cinematography proved the opposite. One must say that this flimsy attempt to satisfy the sophisticated European  audience leaves its high hopes far behind.Filth and Wisdom, the piece coming from the pen of Dan Cadan was shot in London in May 2007. According to the singer superstar, whose attempts to break through in the movie industry were crowned by quick failures describes her piece as a taste of the "duality" of life, living among light and dark," "right and wrong,", that finally relates to the title - Filth and Wisdom.James Christopher of the Times, one of the biggest film fans smooths the shot by giving it 3 stars from 5. In his review he writes, that the music and exuberance save the film. In much more skeptical opinion of Peter Bradshaw of the Guardian, Madonna had been a terrible actor in many, many films and now -- fiercely aspirational as ever -- she had graduated to being a terrible director. No one can doubt that self-confident superstar doesn' t care about the critics, moreover she claimed that she wanted to carry on with her directorial ambition. It is sure that she had found her constant audience and if she wants to waste money for making another average movie, who can cross her plans?
