Actor Morgan Freeman is injured in car accident by Radka Konkolova

Actors are also only people. You can see it on their behaviour, their action as well as on their faults. They can also experience car crash or similar “adventures” ending badly. And then it doesn’t matter if they are famous and popular actors, singers or ordinary people. Then they can’t choose whether they will survive or not.

Sunday’s late night an accident happened on the road near Ruleville, Mississippi. Yes, I know that accidents happen every day and probably every hour, but this one has been presented in media in spite the fact it wasn’t deadly and didn’t look so horribly. But the reason why it is so is that the driver was famous and world known actor Morgan Freeman.

This 71 year-old actor who has played mostly in action movies experienced car accident near house where he lives with his wife Myrna. He was in car with the friend of his wife and probably he wanted to carry her home safely, when something happened immediately. Nissan Maxima belonging to the woman sitting next to him left the rural highway and flipped several times till it landed in a ditch. According to the spokeswoman of hospital he was carried to he was seriously hurt. He has had broken hands, arm and elbow but he is stable now. The woman’s condition wasn’t available.

Rescuers arrived at the place of accident immediately, but the car was so damaged they had to use the Jaws of Life to extract passengers from the wreck. Freeman was conscious, he was even joking with rescuers and bystanders who wanted to take a photo of him.

Mississippi Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Ben Williams said that there was no indication that either alcohol or drugs had been involved. So the cause of accident is in the state of inquiry now.

So you can see that also such successful actor and Oscar winner can cause such accident. But everybody hopes that both passengers will recover soon without any serious consequences.
