Lopez's lawsuit claimed Noa to have been violating previous court settlement preventing him from revealing private information about their relationship. Also, the arbitrator decided Noa was permanently forbidden any "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement" to Lopez. He was also to hand over to the singer or her attorney all copies of materials related to his book. Noa couldn't be found for any comments, but a hearing is the case was scheduled for Sept.5. Noa and Lopez divorced 11 months from theire marriage in February 1997. Noa's book claimed jennifer to have had multiple affairs including one with her third and current husband, Marc Anthony. The singer's lawsuit offered Noa $5 million in exchange for not publishing the book and in 2004 Noa sued her for breaching the contract. After settling the case to $125.000 damages for Noa, Lopez once again sued him for breaching the agreement.
